Job Overview:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide essential support to our team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Duties:
- Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are completed
- Perform computerized tasks such as data entry, file management, and order entry
- Provide personal assistant support to executives, including scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, and preparing documents
- Assist with office management duties such as maintaining supplies inventory and organizing office spaces
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone systems and email correspondence
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning documents, and organizing paperwork
Experience:
- Proven experience in administrative roles or similar positions
- Strong proficiency in project coordination and multitasking
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience with data entry and order entry systems
- Familiarity with office management procedures and equipment
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
