We are hiring a Marketing Operations Manager who thrives in a hands-on environment and can also shape campaign strategy. You will be the primary owner of HubSpot, campaign execution, and reporting. You will also partner with demand generation, content, and sales to design, launch, and optimize programs that drive qualified pipeline.
This is not a purely back-end admin role. You will both build workflows and collaborate on how to target, segment, and sequence campaigns for maximum impact.
This position will report directly to the CRO.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution and Strategy
- Co-design campaigns and translate them into effective workflows, nurture programs, and ABM sequences.
- Build, test, and launch email campaigns, landing pages, and webinar flows.
- Own segmentation and list building for customer and prospect audiences.
HubSpot & Marketing Automation
- Serve as the in-house HubSpot expert: workflows, lead scoring, routing, and database hygiene.
- Integrate HubSpot with Salesforce and other tools (e.g., 6sense, ZoomInfo, Airtable, Pursuit, Salesforce).
- Create and manage HubSpot Campaign objects, linking assets such as landing pages, forms, emails, social posts, and documents.
- Monitor and improve email deliverability, opt-in compliance, and data integrity.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Design and manage ABM workflows and nurture streams for target accounts.
- Partner with sales to align outbound and inbound motions and measure account engagement.
- Provide visibility through marketing and sales lead stages (MQL → SQL → SQO → Closed Won).
Data, Reporting, and Forms
- Build and maintain dashboards that show campaign performance, funnel health, and pipeline contribution.
- Track channel ROI and provide recommendations for budget allocation via attribution.
- Identify insights on lead quality, conversion rates, and bottlenecks.
- Create, update, and manage demo request, content download, and Lunch & Learn forms.
- Monthly reporting package on CRM performance, campaign ROI, and data integrity.
Operational Scale & Process
- Establish repeatable processes for campaign setup, QA, and measurement.
- Evaluate new tools and integrations to improve speed and efficiency.
- Document best practices and train team members on workflows.
- Maintain and update the Master Suppression List to ensure compliance (customers, opportunities, opt-outs, bounces, unsubscribes, emergency alert system addresses, etc.).
- Partner closely with Product Team to support the rollout of new analytics.
Qualifications
- 4–6 years in marketing operations or demand gen roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Expert-level HubSpot skills (or comparable experience in Marketo/Eloqua plus proven HubSpot fluency).
- Solid understanding of demand gen funnels and lifecycle metrics (MQL→SQL→Closed Won).
- Hands-on experience building ABM programs and integrated nurture campaigns.
- Strong SQL or data-analysis skills a plus.
- Comfortable acting as both builder and strategic partner to marketing leadership.
