Job Description

Small manufacturer seeking a part-time Office Administrator to join our growing team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry: Customer orders, Purchase orders
  • Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable
  • Basic Accounting: GL Entry, Expenses, Financial reports
  • Shipping/Receiving: Receive purchase orders, Domestic and international shipping & documentation
  • Customer service: Greet and assist onsite guests, inbound telephone calls, office email administration/management
  • Manage and organize filing system
  • Prepare and record meeting minutes
  • Assist in development and maintenance of office policies/procedures
  • Perform all other office tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with accounting software Sage50 beneficial
