Salary Range: $110,000 to $140,000 Base Salary

A highly respected and growing law firm in Downtown Tampa is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its team. Key Responsibilities:
• Support attorneys through all phases of commercial real estate and financing transactions
• Review title and survey materials and assist in resolving title issues
• Prepare and organize closing documents, deeds, mortgages, and UCC filings
• Coordinate commercial closings and post closing matters
• Assist with due diligence review and transactional documentation
• Support entity formation matters including corporations and LLCs
• Maintain organized electronic files and communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and title companies
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate transactional paralegal experience within a law firm
• Strong experience with title insurance, survey review, financing transactions, and commercial closings
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
• Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems
