Position Overview:
Zeppe’s Team Members play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll be responsible for preparing and serving our signature Italian ice and custard, maintaining a clean workspace, and ensuring every guest leaves happy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a positive, friendly attitude
- Take orders and provide menu recommendations when needed
- Prepare and serve Italian ice, custard, and other menu items
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system accurately
- Assist fellow team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Restock supplies and monitor product levels
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Requirements:
- Valid Food Handlers Permit (required or must be obtained upon hire)
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
