About the Role

PSI is seeking a Plumbing Apprentice who is ready to start a hands-on career in the plumbing trade. This is a paid, entry-level opportunity designed to help you learn from experienced plumbers while building the skills needed for long-term career growth and licensure. This position is based out of our Gypsum, CO office.

What You’ll Do

• Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs
• Learn proper plumbing techniques, tools, and safety practices on the job
• Organize, stock, and deliver plumbing materials and parts as needed
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites, trucks, and work areas
• Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
• Support the warehouse and service teams as directed

• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn the plumbing trade
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and use of hand tools
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional on-call rotations

Pay & Benefits

• $23/hour or more, depending on experience and skills, plus performance-based incentives
