About the Role
PSI is seeking a Plumbing Apprentice who is ready to start a hands-on career in the plumbing trade. This is a paid, entry-level opportunity designed to help you learn from experienced plumbers while building the skills needed for long-term career growth and licensure. This position is based out of our Gypsum, CO office.
What You’ll Do
- Assist licensed plumbers with residential and commercial plumbing installations and repairs
- Learn proper plumbing techniques, tools, and safety practices on the job
- Organize, stock, and deliver plumbing materials and parts as needed
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites, trucks, and work areas
- Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures
- Support the warehouse and service teams as directed

- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements
- Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and use of hand tools
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional on-call rotations
Pay & Benefits
- $23/hour or more, depending on experience and skills, plus performance-based incentives
