Your 3-Year Career Track

Commission based. No income ceiling. Promotions based on results.

(Part time and full time opportunities available during Year 1)

Year 1 – Solar Canvasser

• Walk local neighborhoods and start conversations with homeowners

• Explain rising utility rates and how solar helps stabilize energy costs

• Educate families on incentives and qualify them for solar

• Set appointments for our consultants

• Daily in-field coaching from top earners

Year 1 earnings: 80k to 150k plus

Top performers: 180k to 220k

Year 2 – Solar Closer

• Fast promotion once you hit consistent volume

• Meet with families, design systems, and close deals

• Help homeowners lock in predictable, affordable power

Year 2 earnings: 200k to 400k plus

Top closers often exceed 500k

Year 3 – Sales Manager

• Build and lead your own team

• Earn overrides, profit share, and real equity as we scale

Year 3 plus earnings: 400k to 1M plus for proven leaders
