Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Friday, 7:30 AM - 2 PM
About the Role
We are a boutique, growing endodontic practice seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team full-time. As the first point of contact for patients and referring offices, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience while keeping the front office running smoothly and efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and organized office atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a warm, professional, and welcoming manner
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient communication, including answering questions about treatment plans
- Communicate effectively with referring dentists and their teams
- Schedule appointments strategically to maintain a productive and efficient schedule
- Follow up with patients regarding unscheduled or pending treatment
- Verify insurance benefits and collect patient payments
- Review financial options and assist patients with payment/financing discussions
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Support daily administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry
Qualifications & Requirements
- Dental office experience required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental software (Open Dental preferred)
- Confidence and adaptability in learning new systems and software as needed
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education preferred
