Job description
If you have experience advising clients on employment law, labor compliance, policies, contracts, administrative advocacy, and litigation, this role is for you.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of two years of legal experience, with a preference for employment claims defense.
- Experience defending general liability claims (preferred).
- Proven track record in litigation tasks, including drafting pleadings/motions, preparing and responding to written discovery, attending depositions, and preparing for/participating in arbitrations and trials.
- Outstanding academic credentials paired with exceptional research, writing, organizational, and analytical abilities.
- Active membership in the Pennsylvania and New Jersey state bars.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
