Frontier Customer Associate – Full Training

Zenith Innovations, Inc. is looking for a Frontier Customer Associate to join our growing sales and retail team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build hands-on experience in retail sales, customer service, customer engagement, sales performance, and team leadership while working in a professional, customer-focused environment.

As a Frontier Customer Associate, you’ll work directly with customers, support daily retail and sales activities, and help the team reach customer service and sales goals. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, motivated, comfortable communicating with customers and teammates, and ready to take on increasing leadership responsibilities.

What You’ll Do as a Frontier Customer Associate

• Welcome customers with a friendly, professional approach and create a positive sales experience from the first interaction.
• Learn the company’s products, services, sales promotions, and account options so you can confidently provide accurate information and answer customer questions.
• Engage customers through thoughtful conversations, asking questions and listening carefully to understand their needs, preferences, and priorities.
• Recommend products and service options that align with each customer’s needs while clearly explaining key features, benefits, and available choices.
• Guide customers through enrollment, account setup, service inquiries, and other customer requests while providing attentive support throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer information, follow established procedures, and help keep daily retail activities organized and running smoothly.
• Work closely with teammates and leadership to achieve daily sales and customer engagement goals, share feedback, and contribute to a positive team environment.

What We’re Looking For in a Frontier Customer Associate

• High school diploma or GED required; college experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, reliable, and customer-focused approach.
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to learn new products, processes, and leadership responsibilities.
• Motivated attitude with the ability to take initiative and follow through.
