This Entry Level Sales Member position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating clearly, and building strong customer relationships while helping customers find services that fit their needs. Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Sales Member:
- Plan and execute sales strategies and marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and awareness in assigned area.
- Greet shoppers warmly, answer questions, and offer honest product recommendations.
- Initiate sales engagement with potential customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Train and learn about Frontier products, services, promotions, and account options
- Clearly explain available service options, features, benefits, pricing details, and the sales process to the customer.
- Ensure information is accurate and provide support when questions or concerns come up.
- Meet individual sales goals while supporting overall team performance.
- Participate in sales training and team meetings to strengthen sales, customer service, and communication skills.
Skills and Qualifications of the Entry Level Sales Member:
- High school diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.
- Comfortable speaking with customers in person.
