Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other culinary team members
- Oversee menu planning, recipe development, and food presentation to ensure consistency and creativity
- Manage inventory control, food ordering, and cost management to optimize resources
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Coordinate food production for various service periods, including special events and banquets
- Supervise food handling, preparation, and cooking processes to uphold quality standards
- Oversee shift management, scheduling, and training of kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications
