Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care according to patient care plans and facility policies.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
- Report changes in patient condition to RNs, physicians, or appropriate healthcare providers.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living and other care needs.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, CNAs, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in patient care planning and shift-to-shift communication.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and facility policies.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment for patients.
Requirements
- Current, active LPN license required.
- Previous nursing/LPN experience preferred.
- Strong patient-care and clinical assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
