What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remote Customer Support Representative position at Zen Support System?
Zen Support System offers customer support to third party logistics franchises. We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to assist in the following day to day tasks:
- Responding to customer emails and phone calls
- Tracking shipments from pickup to delivery
- Recording, filing, and following up on claims for damaged or lost shipments
- Ensuring pickups are completed for customers
- Ordering shipping supplies for customers
- Any additional tasks are deemed necessary by the Zen Support team
This position will be almost entirely remote. Some training may take place in person.
We are offering 15 hours per week to start, but we expect this position will be full-time before the end of the year. You can make your own scheduled between the hours of 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. The hours will increase over time as additional responsibilities become available and to cover vacation time.
The role starts at $23/hr. Healthcare will be provided with full-time employment.
The ideal candidate will work each day with a positive attitude and ready to collaborate with both customers and teammates. The ability to problem solve, communicate effectively, and work independently will be crucial to success. College experience and prior experience in customer service would be ideal but not required.
