Compounding Pharmacist — USP 795

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Compounding Pharmacist to join a well-established independent pharmacy in Mendham, New Jersey.

What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate has experience with or strong knowledge of USP 795 non-sterile compounding, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work with accuracy, professionalism, and care.
Responsibilities
Oversee and perform non-sterile compounding in accordance with USP 795 standards
Review prescriptions for accuracy, safety, and appropriateness
Maintain proper documentation, workflow, and quality standards
Counsel patients and communicate with providers when needed
Support a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment
Ideal Candidate
Licensed Pharmacist in New Jersey
Knowledge of USP 795 preferred
Compounding experience strongly preferred
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
Comfortable working in an independent pharmacy setting
