Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales approaches for outside sales opportunities, expanding the clinic’s reach within the community and beyond.
- Negotiate treatment plans, pricing, and financing options to meet both client needs and clinic objectives while ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding patients through pre-operative preparations, post-operative care instructions, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate closely with medical professionals to stay informed about new procedures, products, and industry trends, enhancing your technical sales expertise.
- Utilize analysis skills to assess market trends, patient feedback, and sales data to refine outreach strategies and improve overall performance.
- Deliver engaging product demos using Microsoft PowerPoint or similar tools to educate clients about procedures effectively.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales roles such as B2B sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a focus on customer engagement and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication skills capable of explaining complex procedures clearly and empathetically to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability in account management with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Knowledge of plastic surgery procedures or medical aesthetics is highly desirable; certification or background in healthcare is a plus.
