Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Clinician to join our team in this part-time or full-time, on-site role based in Boise, ID. The Clinician will provide group therapy and counseling services to clients and their families, incorporating evidence-based practices to support recovery and mental health. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, leading individual and group therapy sessions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The Clinician will also engage clients' families in the recovery process, deliver education on substance abuse, and maintain thorough documentation while upholding confidentiality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in individual and group therapy, counseling, and case management
- Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and intervention strategies
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in substance abuse and mental health treatment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client and family engagement
- Organizational skills for accurate documentation and adherence to confidentiality practices
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Current licensure (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT), or eligibility for licensure in Idaho
- Prior experience in adolescent and family-based treatment programs is preferred
