Key Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare 3D-printed footwear components, removing excess material and surface residue.
- Identify and remove 3D printing “strings,” supports, and other artifacts to achieve a smooth finish.
- Inspect all parts for visible defects such as cracks, warping, surface imperfections, or incomplete prints.
- Perform consistent quality checks and follow established finishing procedures.
- Report defects or recurring issues to production supervisors for follow-up.
- Maintain an organized work area and follow all safety and handling protocols.
- Meet daily productivity targets while upholding quality standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or a similar hands-on role is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and an ability to perform meticulous, repetitive tasks with consistency.
- Good hand–eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow standardized work instructions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new processes.
