The Technician will perform specialized cleaning services, including steam cleaning, carpet, upholstery and duct cleaning, stain treatments, hard floor and grout cleaning, window cleaning, and equipment maintenance. The role involves utilizing modern cleaning equipment and techniques, adhering to company standards of quality and safety, and delivering exceptional service to clients. The Technician will also perform quality checks, ensure customer satisfaction, and remain proactive in addressing client needs.

Qualifications
- Experience in cleaning services including steam cleaning, carpet cleaning,tile and grout cleaning
- Ability to operate truck mount ,cleaning equipment and tools effectively and safely
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, stain treatments, and cleaning products
- Proven troubleshooting and decision-making skills in problem-solving situations
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and working on your feet for extended periods
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented work ethic
- Previous experience in the cleaning or maintenance industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
