Support agency growth through referrals and cross-selling opportunities
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Qualifications
Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
Customer service, sales, banking, healthcare, education, or insurance experience preferred
Insurance experience or licensing is a plus, but not required
Professional, dependable, and self-motivated
Comfortable interacting with clients and answering questions with confidence
College degree preferred but not required
Must be able to reliably commute to Holdrege, NE
