The Logistics Coordinator supports mission operations by coordinating, tracking, and managing logistics and warehouse activities in a secure environment. This role ensures the accurate movement, storage, and accountability of materials while complying with established processes, security requirements, and operational standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations.
- Receive, inventory, store, and issue equipment, materials, and supplies.
- Track shipments, deliveries, and inventory levels to ensure accuracy and availability.
- Maintain logistics records, documentation, and reports in accordance with established. Procedures.
- Support material movement, staging, and distribution activities.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols when handling sensitive or classified materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support operational and mission requirements.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and inventory reconciliations.
- Support special logistics projects and related tasks as assigned.
- Must be a US citizen.
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or logistics support.
- Familiarity with basic inventory management and logistics processes.
- Ability to accurately track materials and maintain documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Capability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Successful background and drug screening check.
- Experience supporting logistics operations in a government or defense environment.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking systems or logistics management tools.
- Experience supporting audits, inspections, or compliance activities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Prior experience working in a secure or classified setting.
