3D Printing & Fulfillment Associate (Part-Time)
Pay: $25/hour performance-based bonuses
Hours: Approximately 12-18 hours per week
About Us
ZedPrints is a fast-growing 3D-printed lamp company based in Raleigh. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to help manage our 3D printers and ensure customer orders are packed accurately and shipped on time.
Job Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and monitoring approximately 20 3D printers
- Starting prints and removing completed prints
- Identifying failed prints and basic printer issues
- Performing routine printer maintenance and troubleshooting
- Packing and shipping customer orders
- Assembling boxes and preparing packaging materials
- Wrapping products securely using bubble wrap and protective materials
- Printing shipping labels and packing slips
- Performing quality checks on printed products before shipment
- Organizing inventory and maintaining a clean workspace
- Following production and fulfillment checklists
- Assisting with workflow and efficiency improvements

Previous 3D printing experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
Compensation
This position pays $25 per hour, with additional performance-based bonuses tied to printer reliability, production output, accuracy, productivity, and overall fulfillment performance.
