Position Overview
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join an RFID chip manufacturing operation in Arden, NC. This is a 4-month temp-to-permanent opportunity, with the potential to transition to a permanent position after approximately 680 hours.
Compensation
- Starting Pay: $20/hour 9% shift differential
- Performance-Based Pay: Potential to earn up to $28/hour based on performance
- Temp-to-Perm: Approximately 4 months / 680 hours
The Weekend Night Shift is the highest priority.
Available Shifts
- Weekend Night: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
- Weekend Day: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM
- Weekday Night: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 PM–6:00 AM
Responsibilities & Requirements
- Operate and monitor automated machinery and manufacturing equipment
- Work in an RFID chip manufacturing environment
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Be comfortable working with computers and technology
- Prior experience with machines or automated equipment preferred
- Gaming, electronics, or technology-related experience is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Successfully complete a required assessment following the initial interview
