Job Title: Lead Agile Business Analyst – Healthcare Payor


Overview:

Seeking a Lead Agile BA with strong healthcare payor experience to bridge business and Agile teams. Responsible for gathering requirements, writing Jira user stories, managing backlogs, and supporting Agile delivery across large Scrum teams. Must collaborate closely with Product Owners, developers, and QA to drive continuous value delivery.


Key Requirements:

  • 8 years BA experience; 2–3 years as Lead
  • Healthcare insurance/payor experience required
  • Hands-on with ServiceNow (CSM/ITSM/CRM implementations)
  • Strong Agile (Scrum/Kanban/SAFe) experience
  • Expert in Jira (writing 10–15 user stories/week)
  • Experience with large Scrum teams (10 )
  • Strong communication & stakeholder management


Additional Info:

  • Must be local to MD/VA/DC (onsite in Reston, VA F2F interview)
  • Contract-to-hire opportunity with growth potential
