Join a leading behavioral health facility in Central New Jersey as a Float Registered Nurse, providing critical support to multiple units on the night shift. - Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care across behavioral health units.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain compliance with current nursing practices, safety protocols, and healthcare regulations.
- Requirements: Active NJ Registered Nurse (RN) License
- AHA BLS/CPR certification (required within 60 days of hire)
- Six months or more of relevant nursing experience or current participant in a nurse residency program
- BSN in progress or willingness to obtain within 3 years (applies to hires after November 2019)
