About The Opportunity

Current Clinical Team
- 4 experienced doctors across two locations
- Strong, trained support staff (assistants, hygienists, front office)
- Collaborative culture focused on efficiency, patient experience, and high-quality care
- 4–5 days per week
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
You will have the opportunity to perform a wide range of procedures, with the flexibility to grow clinically:
- Molar & non-molar endodontics
- Simple & surgical extractions
- Implant placement & restoration
- Basic & complex restorative dentistry
- Invisalign / clear aligner therapy
- Full-scope family dentistry (children through adults)
- Strong PPO
- Fee-for-service (No heavy Medicaid burden)

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Structure:
- 30–35% of Adjusted Production
- Daily guarantee during the first 90 days for a smooth ramp-up
