Overall Responsibilities:
Monitor progress and issues for well-defined tasks while seeking guidance to continue program momentum. You’ll utilize existing protocols including meetings and project plans to organize and manage program tasks and stakeholders while demonstrating attention to detail. You’ll collaborate with and communicate to stakeholders with guidance from your teammates as you are developing familiarity with the domain of your program.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Collect data relating to program progress from program stakeholders.
- Maintain project trackers and status reports under the direct guidance of program stakeholders.
- Assist in regional invoice reviews and consumption log reporting
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Telecommunications or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or program management
- Proficiency with foundational project management concepts, including managing project scope, schedule and cost
- Specific Tools or Applications experience: Google Workspace
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience with ESRI, QGIS, or 3-GIS platforms
- Experience with Salesforce and SAP
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets, including formulas.
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills
- 3 years experience supporting telecommunications projects
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $60.00 - $79.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
