Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Program Manager III to support our client's Data Center New Product Introduction (NPI) organization. This is a contract position focused on coordinating the operational execution of multiple hardware and infrastructure programs supporting Google's global data center deployments.
Contract Duration
- 6 month contract
- Two immediate openings due to increased project workload
Work Location: Council Bluffs, Iowa
Work Model:
- Hybrid (preferred)
- 4 days onsite / 1 day remote
The role is primarily desk-based; however, onsite presence is strongly preferred to facilitate onboarding, collaboration, and rapid issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Technical Program Managers across multiple Data Center NPI initiatives.
- Coordinate activities across numerous cross-functional stakeholders.
- Track project schedules, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting.
- Synchronize information across multiple tracking tools.
- Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion of action items.
- Track risks, issues, blockers, and bugs.
- Assist TPMs with meeting notes, reporting, and operational coordination.
- Gather information required for leadership decision-making.
- Drive project execution while reducing delivery risk.
- Work independently with minimal supervision after initial guidance.
- Ensure smooth execution of complex infrastructure deployment programs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting Data Center Operations, infrastructure, or hardware deployment programs.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional technical projects.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong accountability and ownership mindset.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous and evolving environments.

Pay: $65.00 - $78.00 per hour
