What you'll own:

• All digital growth, end to end
• TikTok Shop as the lead virality channel
• Amazon end to end
• DTC (Shopify, Meta, CRO, lifecycle) layered in over 12 to 24 months
• Performance creative as the engine, with modern AI tools for variant production at scale
• A creator and sampling engine that already exists, thousands of relationships, national scale sampling
• The team you hire around you

Who you are:

• Senior operator who never outgrew the craft
• Lived in Shopify, Meta, TikTok Shop and Amazon dashboards in the last 6 months
• Built a consumer brand from launch or early revenue to genuinely big
• Wields AI fluently and knows which tools earn their spend versus which are vapor
• Thinks in MMM, halo and blended efficiency, not last click attribution
• A builder. Blank page, ambiguity, short decision loops

Compensation:

• Base $200K to $260K
• Significant performance comp layered on top
• Meaningful LTI/equity (the founder has a track record of life-changing outcomes for employees at exit)
• Full relocation, plus the option of rent free housing built near the office for the first several years
