6-Month Assignment | U.S. Remote

Zayo connects people, businesses, and communities to what's next. As we continue to grow, we're adding experienced Contract Recruiters to support high-priority hiring across our Commercial Sales and Customer Success organizations.

This is a high-impact, six-month recruiting assignment for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You'll own full-cycle recruiting, develop creative sourcing strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and partner closely with business leaders to deliver the talent needed to support Zayo's continued growth.

We're looking for Recruiters who understand Sales and/or Customer Success talent and know how to identify, engage, assess, and close strong candidates in a competitive market. Just as importantly, you'll bring a consultative approach and the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.

Location

This position may be performed remotely within the United States. Team members who live within 55 miles of Zayo's downtown Denver, CO headquarters are expected to work in a hybrid capacity.

What You'll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for Sales and/or Customer Success roles, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers, business leaders, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues to understand hiring needs, calibrate talent profiles, and drive effective hiring decisions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies that engage active and passive talent and create strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates while delivering a positive and consistent candidate experience.
• Serve as a talent advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights, sourcing recommendations, and guidance throughout the recruiting process.
• Build talent networks through direct sourcing, referrals, industry connections, professional associations, and other creative channels.
• Manage a high-volume requisition portfolio while effectively prioritizing changing business needs.
• Maintain consistent communication with hiring teams and proactively identify and resolve recruiting challenges.
• Maintain recruiting process discipline and deliver against established recruiting goals and metrics.
• Support inclusive recruiting practices that help Zayo reach broad and diverse talent markets.

What You'll Bring

• 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant experience recruiting Sales and/or Customer Success talent.
• Demonstrated success recruiting in high-volume, multi-location environments.
• Strong experience identifying and engaging both active and passive candidates.
• Ability to effectively recruit and communicate with candidates and stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
• Experience partnering consultatively with hiring managers and business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of structured, behavioral, and competency-based interviewing and compliant hiring practices.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and time-sensitive hiring needs in a fast-moving environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, sound judgment, and a highly collaborative working style.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Recruiting experience within telecommunications, technology, or a related industry.
• A combination of corporate and agency recruiting experience.
• Workday experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Estimated hourly rate: $45.00 - $55.00 USD/hour
