About Zayed Law
Zayed Law is a prestigious personal injury law office with roots in the Chicago-Land area. Adam Zayed founded Zayed Law Offices in 2009 with the intention of re-writing the standard for personal injury representation. Adam has worked to represent his clients with conviction in court and compassion in the office. Zayed Law Offices has the goal of growing nation-wide and becoming a family trusted name in personal injury. Your role is an important part of realizing this dream and representing clients in a time when they are hurting and need support.
Position Overview
The Client Advocate Manager is the primary voice of Zayed Law for our clients throughout pre-litigation. This is a relationship role with accountability for outcomes. You will own a caseload from intake through resolution, partnering closely with Case Administrators who handle the documentation backbone of every file.
The work centers on consistent, proactive communication. Clients are often in pain, financially strained, or anxious about what comes next. They need a steady point of contact who can keep them informed, hold them accountable to their treatment plans, and move their case forward without letting it stall. The job rewards people who naturally pick up the phone and lead conversations, with the warmth to build trust quickly and the directness to have hard conversations when things drift.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients from intake through pre-litigation conclusion
- Build trust quickly with clients in difficult circumstances and maintain that relationship across the full life of the case
- Conduct treatment update calls on at least a monthly cadence, with more frequent outreach when case complexity demands it
- Drive cases forward proactively rather than waiting for system prompts or client-initiated contact
- Hold clients accountable to their treatment, communication, and documentation responsibilities
- Have direct conversations when clients fall behind, miss appointments, or stop responding
- Coordinate with medical providers, adjusters, and third-party vendors to keep cases progressing toward resolution
- Partner with Case Administrators to ensure file integrity and Neos documentation accuracy
- Escalate cases that require litigation review to AJZ with clear context and a recommended path forward
- Represent Zayed Law’s standards of professionalism and care in every client interaction
- Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Abilities
- Genuine empathy paired with the assertiveness to keep clients on track
- Strong verbal communication and the ability to lead difficult conversations with both clarity and warmth
- Confidence working with people who are stressed, frustrated, or grieving
- Capacity to hold a high volume of active relationships at once without dropping the ball on any of them
- Sound judgment about when to push and when to listen, and clarity about when to escalate
- Familiarity with case management software (Neos a plus) or the ability to learn one quickly
- Bilingual Spanish and English is a significant asset
