At Zayed Law Offices, we are seeking a qualified Human Resources Manager to assist with the acquisition and onboarding of new talented staff members, development of internal processes to increase retention, and execute day to day HR business operations. Position Summary
As a human resources manager you will work with both the Founder and COO of Zayed Law Offices to establish policies and practices that advance the hiring process, orientation and training efficacy, and ultimately support staff success within Zayed Law Offices. This can and will include the explanation and enrollment of employee benefits, the revision and update of policies and procedures as required, documentation of employee PTO requests, and much more.
Essential Functions
- Management of Indeed applicants and job postings including the research of other hiring tools that may better support hiring needs
- Engagement with prospective applicants, completing pre-hire assessment and preliminary interview
- Establish policies and procedures for organization through a revised employee handbook
- Maintain employee records with employment authorizations, background check, employment reviews and if applicable disciplinary actions
- Assist in the disciplinary action and promotions for individual staff members as required by employee performance
- Ensure compliance with Zayed Law Office policies and procedures company wide
- Create systems to address employee advancement and professional training
- Assist in the documentation and implementation of payroll and employee benefits
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or other related field
3 years experience in Human Resources preferred
