As the Coordinator, eCommerce, youll play a critical role in fueling this growth. Youll help shape how millions of guests discover, order, and engage with Zaxbys online by leading flawless promotional execution, driving SEO performance, and uncovering opportunities to optimize conversion and guest experience.

This position is based in Atlanta, GA area and allows for a hybrid work schedule that includes 3 in-office days per week.

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS

Drive Digital Growth

• Lead planning and execution of digital promotions across Native and 3rd Party Delivery platforms = ensuring every campaign launches on time and drives measurable results
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Media, Operations, IT, and more) to bring new features and menu launches to life online
• Execute item lifecycle management and linking best practices to maximize visibility and conversion

Fuel Search & Discovery

• Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) agency and listings platforms to ensure every location is optimized for discovery and conversion
• Implement on-page and technical SEO improvements that drive traffic and revenue
• Create and refine content strategies for local store pages in partnership with Brand, UX, IT, and Franchisees

Analyze, Optimize, and Innovate

• Use Excel and analytics tools to proactively track trends, measure performance, and identify whats working and whats not with a maniacal focus on driving results
• Monitor eCommerce performance and competitor activity, identifying new opportunities for differentiation and growth
• Support deep linking, upsell, and calendar strategies that connect marketing to measurable eCommerce outcomes
• Collaborate across teams to identify, test, and implement new site features that improve User Experience and expand guest checks

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE GUIDELINES

• Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications or Business OR equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, SEO, digital merchandising, or digital marketing (restaurant or retail brand experience preferred)
