Why we need you:
As a Forklift Driver, you play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of production by ensuring that packaging materials are timely supplied to production lines, finished goods are properly handled and stored, and materials are accurately returned to inventory.
A Day in the life:
- Accurately filling out loading manifests and handling documentation.
- Printing and applying Pallet Tags to the correct pallets.
- Using scan guns to return materials to inventory with precision.
- Keeping production lines supplied with the required packaging materials.
- Printing stickers for the production line as needed.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly warehouse and storage area.
- Submitting required paperwork to the shipping office in a timely manner.
- Conducting inventory verifications as requested.
- Moving finished goods to designated bin locations.
- Ensuring the quality of finished goods meets our standards.
- Applying appropriate placards and tags to pallets.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Forklift License (provided by employer).

Working Relationships:

To successfully perform the essential functions of this role, the employee must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8–12 hours per shift).
- Frequently bend, stoop, twist, and reach overhead.
- Lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Perform repetitive motions with hands, wrists, and arms.
- Operate machinery and tools requiring manual dexterity and visual acuity.
- This role requires operating a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
- Tolerate exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and noise levels in a production environment.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection
