We are looking for a self motivated individual who works well in a team environment. Job duties will include making and receiving calls while working a planner and team que throughout the day. This is a high volume, fast paced job requiring attention to detail and adherence to compliance policies.
Position Requirements:
- Able to follow instructions and make educated decisions based on training and job knowledge
- Able to resolve calls and negotiate best solutions for consumers and clients in a challenging environment
- Must be friendly and professional at all times
- Possess good communication skills when dealing with consumers, clients and co-workers
- Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks to efficiently meet goals including noticing files thoroughly and quickly
- Must be dependable and prompt
- Able to pass a credit check
- Able to pass a background check
- Able to pass a drug test prior to employment and randomly administered post-employment drug tests
- Complete an assessment test
- Able to pass continuing education evaluations
- Familiar with the FDCPA, TCPA, SCRA, FCRA
- A high school graduate or holder of a General Education Development (GED) certificate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $18.50 per hour
