We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Legal Assistant to support a dynamic group of attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment. This is a hybrid position with the opportunity to work remotely part of the time.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys
- Set-up, track and maintain matters with accuracy and efficiency
- Draft, review and format corporate documents including board resolutions, bylaws, operating agreement and corporate correspondence
- Prepare Corporate Minute Books
- Coordinate and mange calendars, meetings, project timelines and travel arrangements
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years as a legal administrative assistant (preference given for corporate/business)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team member
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
