POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Fire Protection Sales Manager to drive business development and manage client relationships in the fire sprinkler and fire protection industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of estimating, selling, and managing fire protection projects while identifying cross-selling opportunities within related mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and industrial service lines.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3 years of experience in sales or estimating in a construction environment
• 3 years of experience in sales or estimating in a construction environment
• Proven ability to estimate, sell, and manage fire protection projects
• Demonstrated success developing new business and growing existing accounts at a fire protection, electrical, mechanical, or plumbing contractor.
• Experience managing project financials and cost tracking
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Self-motivated and results-driven

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Estimate, sell, and manage fire protection projects of varying sizes
• Develop and expand sales opportunities within assigned territory
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Pursue new client opportunities and business development
• Manage project accounting and prepare financial updates
• Track project costs and manage forecasting
• Participate in industry networking and marketing initiatives
• Identify cross-selling opportunities across service lines
• Support collections efforts when needed
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
