We are helping a well-established luxury custom home builder serving the Greater Philadelphia area. Known for delivering high-quality homes with exceptional craftsmanship, they are seeking a Project Administrator to support their construction team from preconstruction through project completion.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. In addition to project administration responsibilities, this role will assist with estimating activities and help keep projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Project Managers and company leadership
- Assist with bid packages, subcontractor communication, and proposal tracking
- Help prepare quantity takeoffs and assist with estimating activities
- Maintain project documentation, contracts, purchase orders, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Track budgets, invoices, and project costs
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors throughout the construction process
- Schedule meetings and maintain project timelines
- Ensure project files are accurate, organized, and up to date
- Support multiple residential construction projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- 1 years of experience in construction administration, project coordination, estimating, or a similar role
- Experience within residential or custom home construction preferred
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
