Key Responsibilities:
• Manage personal injury cases from intake through pre-litigation settlement
• Conduct client intake and maintain consistent communication with clients throughout their case
• Request, review, and organize medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
• Communicate with insurance adjusters regarding claims, liability, and settlement negotiations
• Draft demand packages, including liability summaries and damages analysis
• Track treatment progress and follow up with clients and medical providers
• Verify insurance coverage, liens, and subrogation interests
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files in case management systems
• Calendar and track important deadlines
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury pre-litigation
• Strong knowledge of personal injury claims process and insurance procedures
• Experience handling medical records, billing, and demand preparation
• Proficiency in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
