E.A. Buck is a fast-growing financial services company with dual headquarters in Denver and Honolulu. We’re seeking a Paralegal to join our Denver team! This person will play a key role in providing legal, regulatory, and administrative support to the Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and internal business partners within the firm.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Denver, CO.
NOTE: Only people who are currently living in Denver will be considered for this role.
Salary / Benefits Package:
- Base Salary range of $60,000 to $75,000 per year, commensurate with experience

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, proofread, and format legal documents including contracts, agreements, corporate resolutions, disclosures, and correspondence.
- Track key legal deadlines, filings, renewals, and compliance obligations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and documentation needed for legal matters.
- Prepare standard contractual documents and assist with revisions under attorney supervision.
- Track contract execution, amendments, renewals, and expirations.
- Ensure sensitive information is handled in accordance with privacy and security standards.
- Escalate potential compliance issues or risks as identified.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Business, Finance, or related field)
- Associate’s Degree in Paralegal Studies considered with relevant experience
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA‑approved program preferred
- 2–4 years of professional paralegal or legal support experience in one or more of the following preferred; Financial services, banking, investment advisory, or insurance environments
- Self-Directed, Self-Motivated, Strong Interpersonal Communications Skills, Highly Organizational, Analytical, Advanced Computer Skills
