Zappy’s Auto Washes is hiring a dependable, hardworking Auto Detailer for our Willowick detailing location.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with vehicles, staying active, and producing high-quality results. No professional detailing experience is required. We provide paid training on our detailing processes, equipment, products, safety procedures, and quality standards.
What You Will Do
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Wash, dry, and prepare vehicles for detailing
- Vacuum carpets, seats, floor mats, trunks, and interior surfaces
- Clean dashboards, consoles, doors, windows, and other interior areas
- Shampoo carpets and upholstery when required
- Clean and condition leather, vinyl, and plastic surfaces
- Clean wheels, tires, trim, and exterior surfaces
- Apply waxes, protectants, dressings, and restorative products
- Remove dirt, stains, pet hair, debris, and other buildup
- Inspect vehicles before and after service
- Identify scratches, dents, stains, or other existing vehicle conditions
- Ensure completed vehicles meet company quality standards
- Safely move customer vehicles around the property
- Maintain clean and organized detailing bays, equipment, and work areas
- Safely use detailing equipment, cleaning products, and chemicals
- Follow company procedures and safety requirements
- Assist coworkers during busy periods

Previous automotive detailing, car wash, professional cleaning, dealership porter, is helpful but not required.
Applicants must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver’s license because the position requires safely moving customer vehicles.

Available Schedule
Monday–Friday: 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Saturday: 9:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.
Sunday: Closed
Full-time applicants should be available for weekday shifts and Saturdays as needed. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the interview process.
