Cleaning Supervisor / Bus Detailer

Barons Bus is seeking a dependable, hands-on Cleaning Supervisor / Bus Detailer to oversee weekend bus cleaning operations and support weekday deep cleaning and facility cleaning needs. This role combines cleaning, scheduling, team coordination, and communication with management to ensure buses and facilities are cleaned thoroughly and ready on time.

This is a full-time, in-person position with a mix of overnight weekend shifts, weekday evening cleaning, and a small amount of at-home scheduling/administrative work.

Schedule and Hours

Approximate weekly breakdown:

• 15-18 hours of deep cleaning buses and facility cleaning during weekdays
• 15-20 hours cleaning buses on weekends
• About 2 hours working from home managing the schedule for part-time workers

Typical schedule

• Weekday cleaning: 3 flexible days, Monday-Friday, from 4:00 PM up to 11:00 PM
• Weekend bus cleaning: Saturday and Sunday nights, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
• At-home scheduling/admin: approximately 2 hours weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of buses using established procedures and cleaning checklists
• Assist with fueling, parking, and cleaning buses as needed
• Complete deep cleaning of buses and facility cleaning during the week in addition to regular weekend bus cleaning
• Ensure all buses scheduled for weekend service are fully cleaned by 5:00 AM the following morning
• Schedule and coordinate part-time cleaners
• Email management by Friday each week with:
• the names of cleaners scheduled for Saturday and Sunday
• an approximate estimate of their hours
• Notify management of:
• buses cleaned during the week
• the days those buses were cleaned
• Maintain timely communication with management and respond within 30 minutes to 1 hour, except when resting after overnight weekend shifts
• Help maintain a reliable, organized, and efficient cleaning operation

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of detailing or cleaning experience required
• Must be able to work every Saturday and Sunday night
• Strong reliability, time management, and attention to detail
• Ability to lead scheduling responsibilities for other cleaners
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• This position is considered safety-sensitive must pass pre-employment testing including drug/alcohol and fingerprint testing.

Compensation

• Full-time position
• Annual compensation range: $60,000 to $80,000
• Sign-on bonus: $3,500 by the end of 2026 includes $500 after 60 days of employment.
