This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer located in Clearwater, FL. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs for machining and milling operations while interpreting technical drawings and ensuring adherence to specifications. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with the production team to ensure efficiency, troubleshooting issues, and refining processes to meet quality and performance standards.
- Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming for machining operations
- Strong understanding of Machining and Milling techniques
- Ability to read and interpret Technical Drawings and specifications
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with CAD/CAM software and machine setup is a plus
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or machining environment is advantageous
- Relevant certifications or a degree in manufacturing, engineering, or a related field is preferred
