Overview
As a Junior Sales Representative at Zander Solutions, you will work across two distinct and rewarding sales channels — serving homeowners with in-home consultations and partnering with commercial facility managers and building owners to assess and solve their waterproofing needs. You will join a supportive team environment with structured training and real earning potential, making a meaningful impact for both residential and commercial clients across the greater Milwaukee area.
Essential Job Functions:
Residential (Homeowner) Sales:
- Conduct in-home sales appointments with pre-set, company-scheduled leads — no cold-calling required for primary business
- Diagnose homeowners' waterproofing and construction challenges and propose effective, personalized solutions
- Participate in 2–4 Home Shows and community events annually to generate residential leads
Commercial (Existing Facilities) Sales:
- Prospect and build relationships with commercial property owners, facility managers, and building maintenance teams
- Assess existing commercial structures for waterproofing vulnerabilities and present tailored remediation proposals
- Manage longer commercial sales cycles with professionalism, follow-through, and attention to detail
Across Both Channels:
- Build lasting client relationships through honest, consultative selling
- Utilize Salesforce CRM and PandaDocs to manage your appointment schedule and complete estimates accurately and on time
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of Zander Solutions' full range of residential and commercial services and products
- Collaborate closely with the VP of Business Development and our Senior Sales Representative
- Uphold Zander's reputation by operating with integrity, professionalism, and a positive attitude in every customer interaction
Job Qualifications & Evaluation

Education:
- High school diploma required, Associate’s or Bachelor’s in a business or communications-related field preferred.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of successful sales experience within the trades.
- Waterproofing experience preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Can adapt to shifting priorities while working on multiple projects.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Strong attention to detail.
Licenses, Certifications and Travel:
- Valid and insurable driver’s license.
- Daily travel to and from job sites throughout the Milwaukee area and greater Wisconsin
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
