Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Lines Account Manager based in Nashville, TN, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the time. The Commercial Lines Account Manager will manage existing accounts, provide exceptional customer service, and assist clients with their commercial lines insurance needs. Daily tasks include handling policy renewals, processing endorsements, communicating with insurance carriers, advising clients on coverage options, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The Account Manager will act as a key point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring their insurance solutions align with their needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Lines Coverage
• Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Insurance policies and regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively and build trusted client relationships
• Relevant licensing in Property and Casualty Insurance (or willingness to attain within a specified timeframe)
• Proficient in using insurance management software and related tools
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus
