Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience (5 years preferred)
- EPA Section 608 Certification (Required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (No OVI convictions within the past 5 years)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductless systems, and related equipment
- Perform equipment replacements, new installations, and system start-ups
- Install ductwork, refrigerant lines, gas piping, electrical connections, venting, and condensate drains as required
- Test, inspect, and verify proper system operation before completion
- Perform basic troubleshooting and system adjustments during installation
- Complete installation paperwork accurately and on time
- Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working condition
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and manufacturer installation guidelines
- Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and coworkers
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Ability to climb ladders, work in confined spaces, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and work on your feet throughout the workday
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to producing high-quality work
