Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Sales Associate role located in Niles, OH. The Sales Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in selecting jewelry pieces, building meaningful customer relationships, and achieving sales goals. Additional duties include maintaining the store's appearance, handling transactions, and staying informed about the latest product lines and promotions.
