Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role located in Sugar Land, TX, at Zales First Colony Mall. The Assistant Manager will assist in day-to-day store operations, including supervising staff, driving sales performance, ensuring adherence to company policies, and providing exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include staff training, inventory management, operational excellence, and fostering a positive team environment. The role also involves achieving sales goals, maintaining store appearance, and building strong customer relationships.

• Operational and organizational abilities, such as inventory management, adherence to policies, and maintaining store standards.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Flexibility to accommodate retail schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous retail or jewelry industry experience is an advantage.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or training in retail management is a plus.
