What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Coordinator position at ZAH Group?

1. Manage product life-cycle phase forms and files in the new product development process and check completion of key tasks on checklist before release.
2. Responsible for routing and storing new product development project information and verifying that key activities are complete. This position is also responsible for setting up finished goods and making attribute changes to Product Master at the direction of Product Management.
3. Perform Product Master item set-up, item obsolescence / discontinuation, and pricing changes in the product life cycle management (PLM) systems as directed.
4. Maintain and update process tracking to include new product launch, phase completion, Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) pricing, and NPD spreadsheets.
5. Support teams to understand and work in accordance with the NPD process, improve current processes, and support new process introduction.
6. Support Product Management with VOCR’s by handling logistics, greeting guests, creating gift packages, ordering food, managing data, and other activities outlined in the Voice of Customer Research (VOCR) event procedure.
7. Support NPD field testing by coordinating the shipping of field test samples.
8. Assist with performing PLM testing and maintenance.
9. Perform other duties as required within the nature and level of work.
High school diploma or equivalent and one (1) year of relevant experience are required. Associates degree preferred. Product Life Cycle (PLM) and Enterprise Analytics experience is preferred. Experience using AS400 and Agile systems is a plus. Documentation control experience is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ﴾Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint﴿ required. Excellent spelling, grammar, editing and writing skills. Must have strong math skills. Must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work with cross functional teams. Must have ability to handle a high degree of confidential and sensitive information.
